STEMedicine utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
In addition, all articles will be archived with the National Library Board of Singapore.
STEMedicine permits and encourages authors to post all versions of their submitted manuscript on personal websites, institutional repositories or any other similar venues, both before to and after publication, while providing bibliographic details linking to the publication in STEMedicine.

STEMedicine (ISSN 2705-1188) is an Open Access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes on a quarterly basis under the CC BY 4.0 License.
